- We store pre-maintenance machines, attachments, and various parts in our spacious premises. As with the outdoor display site at our head office, test rides and tours are available at any time, so please feel free to visit us. Each booth is staffed by dedicated personnel who wash, inspect, do maintenance, and paint cars according to the maintenance schedule. In addition to maintenance, the entire process, including disassembly for loading into export containers and loading into our own transport vehicles, is performed in an integrated manner, allowing us to offer machines at competitive prices, eliminating unnecessary waiting time and costs. Factory Office
The factory is very spacious, and many machines and vehicles come in and out. For safety reasons, we always ask visitors to check in at the office when they visit the factory.
We also have a business meeting room equipped with wi-fi in the office so that you can have a business discussion right after seeing the machines. This room can be used for meetings not only with customers, but also with factory personnel and vendors.
Maintenance Workshop
We change consumables, oil, etc., and do repairs and maintenance according to the condition of the machine. Of course, we perform each and every work carefully so that our customers can use the machines for a long time with no worries. If you have any requests regarding the condition of your machine or maintenance, please feel free to contact us.
Storage Room for Attachments・Parts
In addition to the machine itself, we always have more than 500 attachments and parts in stock, which we sell after consistent inspection, maintenance, and painting. You can immediately select the one you need according to your industry and application. We can also sell them after they have been installed on the main unit. We also have a wide variety of genuine parts from various manufacturers available for you to customize to your preference.
Painting Booth
Our painting process begins with detailed masking before the work is done. After removing oil and grease with steam, repairing dents and scratches, and careful surface preparation, we apply three coats of paint using the same high quality paints used on automobiles. This process not only improves the appearance of the machine, but also its durability, ensuring that it will remain in good condition even after long-term use.
Stock Yard
Many heavy equipment and large machines that cannot be displayed at the head office, machines scheduled to be exported, and large vehicles for in-house transportation are displayed here.
Machines that have just arrived and are in the pre-maintenance stage are stored here until maintenance is completed. With so many machines coming and going, you will see different machines and attachments each time you visit. If you would like to purchase a machine in pre-maintenance condition, actual machine checks and test rides are available upon requests. Please feel free to contact us.
Inspection
We inspect each and every machine that is brought in in detail. We perform a total of five inspections: inspection before purchasing, inspection after delivery, interim inspection during maintenance, final inspection after maintenance, and pre-shipment inspection before shipment, so that we can notice subtle changes and conditions as soon as possible. The information obtained during inspections is stored in our in-house system and shared with our sales representatives as soon as possible. We check more than three times as many checkpoints as the standard legal inspections to ensure that our customers can use our machines with ease.
Loading/Vanning Area
We have a loading area at our head office where we can accomodate one container and a loading area at our factory where we can load machinery into three to four containers at the same time. We are experts not only in domestic sales, but also in exporting with over 20 years of trading experience. Our Overseas Sales Group is committed to meeting the needs of our customers on a daily basis by utilizing our many years of experience, achievements, and extensive knowledge.
